One Planet Solar provides a quality guarantee. In order to provide the finest service possible, we only utilize components of the highest possible quality, and our installers are highly experienced and trained professionals.
After each solar system has been installed, it is subjected to a thorough inspection by a professional from One Planet, as well as an inspection by a local or city inspector, before the officials from your utility company evaluate it and give permission to turn it on.
When your system is turned on, it will be monitored around the clock, seven days a week. If it ever breaks, we'll make it right. We will even compensate you for any missed production of energy that was caused by our error.
